Well, I prefer casual clothes. My wardrobe is quite simple and neutral in color. I usually stick to a simple pair of jeans and a shirt. I am not really the fashionable type. But of course, I would dress up for special occasions like birthdays and weddings.

I think that climate affects people’s clothing. I live in a tropical climate, so people in my country usually wear clothes made of light fabrics. A pair of jeans or short pants and a shirt for men, or blouse for women are common. However, the winter is very cold so people here rely on thick fabrics like velvet and wool to protect themselves from the cold.

Well, I dislike wearing uncomfortable and brightly-colored clothes. I avoid clothes with flashy colors because I don’t like being the center of attention. I also find those clothing items not flattering on me. 

I would like to talk about my friend who dresses very well. Her name is Sam. We are of the same age and we are classmates.  She has been my friend since high school. Moreover, she lives in my neighborhood so we see each other a lot. 

Although she is not working in the fashion industry, she dresses fashionably. Actually, she doesn’t have a specific preference or style. I think she just matches her outfit to the weather as well as occasions. She is fond of accessories which look fashionable. Also, her footwear always goes well with her dress. I think she has a huge collection of clothes, shoes and bags as I rarely see her wearing the same outfit for the second time. I see her wear casual clothes too but they never look plain or boring on her. 

Even though her style is quite simple, her outfits are always creative and interesting. I like her style because she always looks professional and presentable. Furthermore, she inspires me to experiment more with my own style.
