Honestly yes. I’m quite addicted to milk tea, though I know that such sugary drinks do no good to my health. I also consider myself a night owl because I often stay up late, surfing the Internet. I read somewhere that the light from my phone is harmful to my eyes, but I just can’t sleep without watching something in bed.

Definitely. When I was a kid, I was not aware of the importance of good health. You know, I never thought much about keeping fit. It was my mom then who was always concerned about my health, even more than hers, so I just left it to her. But now, as I’ve moved out to live alone, I have to be responsible for my own health by, for example, staying away from junk food or working out on a regular basis.

If we’re talking about stuff like computers or mobile phones, I guess they do have many harmful effects on the health of users. In fact, these days a large number of people are addicted to such technological devices, which causes them many health issues like eye strain, back pain or sleeping difficulties. However, these problems seem to be trivial compared to the huge benefits that technology has brought to healthcare. I’m talking about medical devices such as x-ray machines, which let doctors know what’s going wrong inside patients’ bodies and so give them effective treatments.
