Well, I take a keen interest in watching wild animals. I would say my favorite is lions. I admire their strength and how fierce they are when hunting prey. Another reason is that I really liked the Lion King movie, which features a lion as the main character. I really connected with that character because he is brave and adventurous, just like me.

Yes. I have seen wild animals several times in person and on TV through nature shows. I remember the first time I went to the zoo in the city centre with my family. I was so intrigued by all the wild animals. I remember seeing an elephant in real life and was shocked by its size.

Yes, I do. Visiting zoos can really broaden my horizons about behaviours of different wild animals,  which I learn little about at school. Besides, the trip is a bonding experience for my family. My parents used to take me to the zoo on weekends, which is really a fun activity for me and my siblings

Today I’m going to tell you about my favourite wild animal. As a nature lover , I am quite fascinated by animals. One of my favourites is lions.

It’s a mammal which means the females give birth to cubs. It’s known for being a dangerous predator. It hunts on smaller animals like deer or zebras . Lions are generally yellow or light orange in colour. The special feature that they have is their manes, the thick fur around the neck of male lions. The female lions don’t have this feature.

You can expect to find lions at a number of places. For example, in the wild, like the dry and hot climate of the savannas in Africa. They can also be found in zoos, some of which are rescued but those are much more tamed. Lions are carnivores so they feed on meat. They are predators, so I suppose their daily activity is hunting. I like lions because I think they are the symbol of bravery, strength and I am inspired by them.
